Inspired by a blue mushroom I stumbled upon while walking in the woods, this tiny painting imagines a quiet forest scene where a small black bear sits calmly among the clovers and mushrooms, curiously watching the bumble bees. The mushroom shape is altered from real life, but the gentle, dreamlike blue tones carry the magic of that moment forward.
