Yes, I ship worldwide! However, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or taxes that may apply.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Within Canada: 5-7 business days
- USA: 14-21 business days
- International: 30 business days (varies by country)

I want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss returns or exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

I take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. Prints, cards, and smaller items are packaged in protective sleeves with sturdy backing, while originals are carefully wrapped for extra protection.
5. Can I request a custom or commissioned piece?
At this time, I’m not taking custom commissions, but feel free to reach out with ideas—I’d love to hear them!
