Shipping policy

We ship out of Hartington Ontario, Canada. Our processing time is 1-3 days.

Cards are packaged in a cello sleeve and shipped in an envelope. Prints and originals are shipped flat in a protective cello sleeve with a foam core board backing and placed in a bubble envelope. Books are shipped in a bubble envelope.

Orders typically arrive in Canada within 7 business days. Orders in the US typically arrive within 14-21 days. International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks.

To keep costs down for our customers, we ship packages using Canada Post Lettermail, the most economical way. Unfortunately, this method of shipping does not include tracking information. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees as your parcel enters your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, I cannot estimate or cover these costs.
